    Anything that is not natural will be over optimizing. Tricks that we use to get ranked on the backend of pages-the way around this is by using multiple media on your pages and getting natural backlinks through social media and comments.

    Google's new algorithm is looking for genuine original content, so over-optimization will be punished. Just try and use organic links, and use white hat seo, don`t hide text/links, don`t get all backlinks with the same anchor text, and point to different pages of your site, avoid excessive keyword density... things like that. Everything should look natural, not over optimised. If it has value, then it`s ok.
