The term outsourcing means making the two organization in partnership in involving the contracting out of a business function-commonly one previously performed in-house-to an external provided. Meaning that the two organizations could enter into a contractual and mutual agreement for the exchange of services and payments.

In this way, outsourcing services could be helpful to the firms for performing well in their field of expertise. This recent outsourcing trends has now started to cross the international borders with the advancement of science and technology.

Outsourcing means just what it says --- going "out" to find the "source" of what you need..

Outsourcing also means loss of American jobs as per some experts here.
But the total number of American jobs keeps rising. Far from costing jobs, outsourcing gives the American economy space to creater higher quality, better paid jobs.

What is the Thread starter trying to sell or buy here with this thread?
If this is a discussion, it shouldn't be here.
