    What is Organization Chart?How can we make one good Organization chart?
    What are the important things we need it?
    I want to make it for one Business proposal.Can you please help me?

    From experience, make the org chart match the work not the other way around.

    I've had the opportunity to build small and large project teams as well as run administrative groups. Everyone wants to know where they fit into the org chart and how they can move up a level, even if it doesn't make sense. Again, if you focus on the work to be done, things get easier.

    Another thing: A big red flag for me is when I ask someone how they are going to solve a problem, only have them present me an org chart showing who will solve the problem.

    Personally, I'd rather know how they plan on solving the problem....

    I did org charts back in business college. ISO 9000 kind of stuff... Bored me shitles. I have a feeling you just need help with your homework :D
