Quality= high page rank
oneway=more links coming in than going out. So if you do a link exchange, that wouldn't help you out unless the other site had a higher pagerank and/or more pages

 

Quality = Highpage rank is DUMP.Pagerank nothing tells about quality.So ignore PAGERANK.

Just wanted to add that oneway links are important because they will typically carry more weight in the search engines eyes rather than a reciprocal link.

 

One way means you only get link from that site but don't link to that site & quality means links from high page ranked sites relevant to your your site.

 

However, good content needs to be combined with lots of quality links to that the search engines can think highly of you, thereby allowing others to find you and give you free traffic from the search engines!

 

One way link is whn you get link to your site but you don't link back.

 

i consider good article submissions a good way of havin a one way link

 

pasting you link to any web site without putting their link to your site is one way link which gives more weight to your link.

A one way link is achieved whereby you done have to do any reciprocal link, hence carries more weight.
If you link is placed on an authority or high ranking site, the better for you cos the 'vote' is higher and your overall ranking should improve

 

Build a squidoo lens and link back to your site. That is a high quality backlink since it comes from Squidoo, which is a respected site (by the big G), and therefore has a highPR in itself. You can build lots of WEB2.0 properties that have HighPR out there with links back to your site= powerful one way backlinks. Hope that answers your question
