I want to do on-page seo of my website by own from where I can start please suggest.

how many days it will take if I will work 2-3 hours daily.

Start from creating a quality content. Search low compition keywords, I suggest use longtale keywords.
Used inbound link that will direct on your other post.
Make it sure you used proper H1,H2,H3 in your page.
Used proper meta tag in every post you have.

After that go for off-page SEO.
Promote your blog to Social Media.
Build more quality backlinks.

weakpa2 is right, the easiest way to find keywords is by using the Google Keyword Planner. A short tail keyword is simply a keyword made up of one or two words, a long tail keyword is generally a keyword made up of 3 or more keywords. Most people will end up searching by long tail keywords on Google after trying a few short tail keywords and not getting the targeted results they wanted. So by using long tail keywords you can tailor your page to those people using a more specific search and that should get you better results than a more generalized approach. tata-60k searchs
compare cars-33k searchs
autocar india-60k searchs

please suggest to use & convert in long tail keyword.
