* Use H1 & H2 Headers
* Image Optimization
* Optimizing Content
* Optimized URL Structure

Always keep in mind, that on-page to a certain webpage is not enough, you also need to build links in order to achieve your high ranking goal.

www.domain.com/videos/video-name.html is an Optimized URL, wheras http://www.domain.com/videos/html/topic.asp?BV_UseBVCookie=Yes&articletID=r000450&parentCat=vid7 is not. It just means your URL's relate more to what you want to be found for!

Optimzed Linking just refers to the anchor text you use to link to internal pages on your site. The best way to do this is to link to an internal page using the same anchor text you want that page to rank well for...
