I just need to know How many visitors alivedirectory may be getting each day as it has over 1,687,325 in Yahoo! I think only mystikmedia can give me the real answer Has anybody has other answers?
you can use seodigger.com to have an idea which sites rank for which keywords and estimate the traffic to the different directories. Of course it depends on the number of keywords, how many times that keywords is searched, ... PS: you can't build an algorithm based on polls, nobody will give you the correct figure.
Yes thats sure I need to cross check it so only If mystikmedia sees it he may give the correct answer! or some body else like anon!
Let me guess here. Amit Ptel is getting around 3K+/uniques visitors/day for hi GII Business Directory -- and still his Alexa is hovering around 27K. On the other hand Alive's Alexa is hovering around 16K. So it must be around 10K uniques per day (as I said --it just my foolish guess) On the other hand Aviva --is going around 8K --so it must be around 15k+/day.
I have absolutely no idea on any of chris's statistics other than what he shows/tells me. I don't ever peer anywhere I need not be when I work on a directory, so only chris could provide the info you seek; but I can tell you it's not going to happen.
Dont think this is cool to ask, just like asking your manager at work what they make, its not cool, shows disrepect.
Relax dude!!! Sometimes for the sake of curiosity you know BTW isn't it a good idea to focus on other's traffic and Backlinks and then set a target for urself, like if Chris can do it, why can't we? Hope you get my point!
Chris has already posted his stats in the thread! I am sure he is way ahead of us ! Bigweblinks PD is about 255,000 ! I can just make PD free to all for checking but the problem will be Yahoo's api as it will allow only 5000 requests from a single ip I am going to make some thing like user signing up for checking PD as all can't check their PD at one go! Even though I have a server ,the main problem is due to Yahoo's api as my aglorithim will be analysing each back links!
