what is newest version of dreamweaver

    Hello all. I was wondering what is the newest version of dreamweaver. What are the differences? I see the software for all different price ranges from $250 - $450. Which one do I need. I use windows and I need the whole version, but I want the best version if there are different ones. thanks all.
