I recommend going with the ones below, a few are newer in the affiliate game but most have been around and are dependable. I run an incentive site myself so the ones listed are what you need. Any questions, let me know!
My network is new, 365 Ad Solutions. We don't have any Incent offers, but we have a lot of exclusive direct mobile offers for US & International. Check us out and as for me if you sign up.
Not that new, but Affiliate Future and Affiliate Window (in my signature) are both great. Affiliate Future has many incentive offers and you gain instant acceptance into all programs. Affiliate Window is more targeted at CPA sales and is the leading network here in the UK. New affiliate networks are never a good idea... you need to use ones that have a proven track record in the industry. Clickbank is always good for digital products... don't know if you have considered them as yet?
