    Most netbooks has display of 10.1" and has no optical drives. Most of its processor is Atom.

    Netbook purpose are just to use to browsing, instead, notebook is for word processing and other things you do on a PC.

    Netbooks are great for someone on the move - smaller size easy to carry around. Powerful enough to browse the Internet and do some basic office tasks

    Good Points


    • Small and Lightweight (easily Portable)
    • Long battery life (between 4 to 10 hours)

    Minus points

    • No DVD Drive (need to use USB/Flash Drive)
    • Keyboard too small for some hands
    • Processor not powerful enough for playing games or watching movies

    Netbook is basically smaller than a laptop and the capacity and specs of the laptop is higher than those found in netbooks.

    net book has small screen and low capacity... but if you don't use any hard software which need hugh space, you can try netbook

    Some people think that laptops and netbooks are the same but they are not. Laptop is a mobile computer that has a full-size keyboard, a built-in optical drives or floppy drive, a flip-up monitor, and has a load of features. It usually has a 14-17 inch screen, has good graphic card, internal DVD-RW drive, and upgradable. A notebook on the other hand is also a mobile computer but has no built-in optical drives so you need to buy an external DVD/CD drive if you want to use it. It also weighs less than the standard laptop and is usually 12-14inch only. It’s thinner, has compact keyboard and has minimal graphics system.

    Laptop is a portable version of desktop pc,
    and netbook is built for browsing some net application and small use,it has some limitation.
    It can not run high end software,only net application and lower quality software.

    the function of both computer is same.but netpad is cheaper than laptop and most of the netpad does not contain DVD drive.the size of netpad is smaller than laptop.

    Notebook has less screen size compared to laptop and also there is not possible to use big applications as used in the laptops like photo editing and also watching brrip films and much more.
