Last week i saw a huge hype in web traffic .. When i checked again it was from a referral ww3.myonlinestats.com .. But when i checked the website i couldn't understand anything because there were only some login bar. I was getting thousands of hits within an hour for the main page and the average time duration of my blog went down dramatically ... then i blocked the ip address. But i am still curious to know what is ww3.myonlinestats.com ? it looks like a membership site.. But i can not believe that some one spent their hard earned money to send a bot to my Blog.. Any one got any idea?
I found this link on their site to be accessible: http://www.myonlinestats.com/demos/tegsudemo.html They seem to be some type of traffic generation company. Seems bogus to me.
