What is my Warez Forum worth? Considering Selling..

    I am considering selling my warez forum to move on to something else, but I am not sure what it is worth.

    I launched the site in March 2008. Since then I have gotten 3k Uniques, and over 120k hits.

    This is the site: www.warezkingdom.net

    So what is it worth?
