Hi All, After 3+ years experience in web development and getting paid, I still wasn't able to find a answer to this problem. ok. My name is Venkat Raj Father's name is Nagarajan I've signed up as Venkat Raj - First Name Nagarajan - Last name in both paypal and moneybookers. I've done bank transfer at moneybookers for last one year and all have gone well. But i decided to cut down the currency conversion charges, GBP to INR then INR to Euro then Euro to INR and all intermediaty bank charges. I've requested a cheque, they sent me a cheque in favour of "nagarajan" then i contacted their support. they told me that I'll receive in favour of "venkat raj nagarajan" in future, still i got another cheque in favour of "nagarajan" Am I doing anything wrong with my sign ups? Am I "venkat raj nagarajan" or something else. Note that I am south INDIAN.
From what you said I can conclude its PayPal fault!! However, before issuing check they do provide option to alter the First Name so it can be your fault as well. Why do you transfer funds directly to your bank account?
No its not paypal. They offer an option to change first name. This is moenybookers issue, they don't offer any options, they just send cheque with last name. My question is, is my sign up method, usage of first name and last name is right?
Vengat, i also facing this problem with alertpay . its Very dificult, but can Solve This Prob. Dnt Worry Try To Submit Your & u r father Documents To u r "Cheque Exchange Bank" If The exchanger Start u r cheque Processing Time, Both Merchants r clarrify u r additional documents, and They Will Solve This Issue, If You Submit Normally They Will Takes 21st Days ,after They r declined u r cheque, So, Please Submit both of your Documents to u r rimittance exchanger.
Bro I also have a friend that somewhat have the same problem with you with moneybookers and I am contacting him right now if that case was already fix and I will ask him what is hes solution. Anyway have you tried to contact moneybookers for this issue?
