They don't stop you from receiving any amount of money into your account while they wait for you to complete the verification process so there is no receiving limits for an unverified account. You however have a limit on how much you can withdraw or spend until your account is verified.

Since you cannot withdraw most of your funds or spent it, Paypal can still return the money to your customers if they find you suspected in engaging suspicious activities. Unverified means they don't trust you and also it may limit your customers from wanting to give you their money too.

    Thanks for the reply.

Well, i am kind of confused, i didnt recieve the money from Paypal in bank account?? How do i request it again?

And one more thing, when you see the bank account in paypal it shows:

    Bank Name xxxxxx####

So the #### is the last 4 digits of your bank account number?

See if the transaction shows the withdrawal as 'Pending' or as 'Complete'. If it shows up as 'Complete', you will need at least 3 days, sometimes over a week for the funds to show up in your bank. Basically when it is pending, it means that Paypal is doing up all the paperwork to send the money and when it shows Complete, the money request has been sent to your bank and waiting for your bank to accept and add the funds to your account.

Yes, the #### should be the last 4 digits of your bank account. They do not show it for security purposes.
