Moz Rank is a ranking tool developed by SEO Moz to rank websites like Google does. You can have any web page analyzed and get a report on it. It provides a Moz rank (0 to 10 rank), some stats, and other useful information. There is a growing number of bloggers who favor Moz Rank over Page Rank because Moz Rank has more frequent updates. That means your link building results will be seen quicker compared to Page Rank, where it will show up only after the next update which can be months later. When analyzing a site, you can use both Page Rank and SEO Moz Rank for helpful information.
MozRank reflects a link popularity score, it shows the importance of any web page. Pages earn MozRank by the number and quality of other pages that link to them.
Mozrank is a one type of ranking system, MozRank is a score that represents the reputation of a web page. The score is based on the number of incoming links and the quality of their related web pages.
there is no direct relationship between mozrank and pagerank. mozrank (or correctly put: "mozRank", or "mR") is a system designed by the nice people over at seoMoz that is meant to 'mimic' pagerank effectively, but providing SEOs with a more accurate interpretation - for instance 5.28 instead of just "5". Its handy for finding pages that have been PR penalized etc. HOWEVER: its taken from a small(er) datasample than google's index. I am however a PRO member over at seomoz and can heartily recommend it. its a great site, with great tools and great people.
I think it's just a different assessment of the site after all. All references in nature only and nottotally accurate.
