I have 4 links:

1. Pr 3 and on page only in anchor keyword"job"
2.pr 2 and on page 2 times keyword"job" and in anchor keyword"job"
3.pr 0 and on page 4 times keyword"job" and in anchor keyword"job"
4. keyword"job" in <title> pr 0 and on page 4 times keyword"job" and in anchor keyword"job"

What is more relevant percent?

Second question:
me offers adding in closed directories,where pr 0 and on page 4 times keyword"job" and in anchor keyword"job"
and 4$ for every directory.is it good price?

Maybe better choose articles with pr 2 and on page 2 times keyword"job" and in anchor keyword"job"?

 

First you need to use more than a one word keyword to help site try mutiple ones and different ones on links.

Second try to get some poage rank for site before trying to get people to get links from site

i think keyword density is more important. not one times "job", or two times job.
