    The Most important for SEO is that first is find keyword at SERP for google at top.After that get traffic and conversion rate.Its depends on how much visitor convert in customer so its conversion.All three are important one after that Ranking, Traffic, Conversion Rate.

    Ranking is most important because it is root of other two.If we get good ranking automatically ,traffic & conversion also.

    Those things are SEO products, not SEO preconditions, but OK.
    You cannot take them independently - with better ranking you get more traffic and usually better conversions.
    I would say that ranking is what SEO targets before all.
