What is more important?

    Generally in any webpage, what is more important?

    The amount of unique visitors a website gets in traffic each month?

    or

    The amount of pageviews per visitor?

    Let's say you have a site and get 10,000 uniques/day and only 20,0000 pageviews

    whereis

    A website gets 1,000 uniques/day and 20,000 page views.
    so 20 pages per unique.

    And if a user clicks on an ad, what is the odds of them returning to your website after visiting the link?

    I would say the more uniques the better. The more uniques you get the higher chance of repeat visitors

    So i guess if you have a high amount of uniques, then you can incease pageviews by adding more pages and things like that?

    I think unique and loyal visitor are both important. Making people to visit our site is not so hard..keeping them to revisit again..again and again..now thats the hardest part :)
