    Moneybookers is a payment processor like Paypal-Neteller etc.etc.

    Moneybookers is skrill because they changed their name company about 1-2 years before. (skrill.com)

    Yeap its international. What is nice with skrill is that the account is in euro so if you plan to take advantage of their credit card you will not have any fees for convnersions :)
    I just used it and i had to say this tip hehe!
