You can download from any site, I live in spain, i download from a british site, (on a different site) To have applications on your website, you need a licence, the best way round this is to have "mirror" sites, which are allowed to hold the application. All of the mirror sites hold the same file, if there is a mirror site from India, the speed may be a little bit quicker, but we are talking about 10 seconds some times. Knock yourself out and download from any mirror site.
