MFA = Made for Adsense. And yes, if I were the one reviewing your Adsense application I would refuse, as your sites are blatantly designed for and have the sole purpose of displaying Adsense ads to generate revenue. You also might want to look into blending those ads in with your theme
Is there something wrong with this, could i get punished? Because all the acne content is genuine, i wrote it with the best intentions. And the freebies site, i thought was good for those looking for freebies. Should i put in some amazon adds, will that change is to maybe made for amazon?
I'd say, yes, they are looking like MFAs. If I were you, I'd add more content in index page with smaller text size.
This is the first i have heard of MFA's and i think its rediculous. In both sites i give good advice. One on how to do well for students and the others on about what is and how to win freebies. Both for students and free searcher visitors interested in the subject. What could google do?

MFA has no standard deffination, but usually most people would think of them as Arbitrage sites. There really in general junk/spam sites that are only designed to get clicks on the ads and offer no content to the visitors.

Your sites are ok, use them as they are, no problem at all. Add more text to get more visitors You need twice as much text.
