    it is a comun error from paypal.. just reload the page and you will be fine...

    It clearly suggests that the line of action which you had undertaken has been probably interrupted and you need to try doing the same once again...right from the start.

    These things do happen mostly when there is interruption in internet connection and the secured gateway between you and PP gets broken midway!
    It is nothing alarming and you just need to go back to PP home page and re-start your action.

    Saw your explanation，should be no problem, the money in paypal, always very sensitive. Paypal should be very strict, the issue of small account you will be blocked.

    Its a common error and may be timeout seesion if you need to log in again, but check your account balance and email, It will be better to take precaution to avoid any wrong or double transiction.
