In addition, the content should not be a copy-paste from one source to other. A person can take help of the source and then summarise it to put to other source so that it looks like an information is being provided. You can also mention the source.

I think it's content that useful for your visitors and optimized for search engine. It is also Copyscape passed and completely unique.

Something useful, unique, and not just a bunch of content taking up space.

I have found three different types of quality:
    1. Dense. One fact after the other. Intense. this is very hard to take in unless you know a lot about the subject already.
    2. Just right because there are enough "blank spaces" to digest what you read/hear/see even if you do not know a lot or nothing at all about the topic.
    3. Spread out and so boring that people fall asleep.
the majority of people needs no.2 I find.

Quality content is anything written that will be beneficial to the reader. It should be original and not copied and pasted from another source on the web. It should offer a solution or at least more information that the reader is looking for. It needs to be grammatically correct as well.

    Information, information, information.

Then make it fascinating and yet stupidly simple to read and remember.

Quality Content is everything that was mentioned above but also it must have details. An overall idea but that is broken down with details-which can be brief though.

Quality content means content which can give useful information, needed by readers, but need not be duplication of work somewhere on the net.

Quality information is what people mean. For example, saying "This product is crap in my opinion," can be changed to "I have studied product X over the past 2 months and after carefully considering the benefits and drawbacks, I have decided that...."

I guess it comes down to your grammar, correct use of words and not producing an article for people that sound like an 8 year old wrote it. It needs to be good quality that is all. How important is the information to the reader? You can write a lot without giving quality information out.

Quality content means - avoid duplication, write for visitors and not for search engines, avoid keyword stuffing, maintain good language and grammar standards. These are a few things that comes to mind when I think of quality content.
