what is maximum number of ads on a page allowed?

    I see Google Heatmaps with all kinds of samples on a page....but see my 728 pix wide leaderboard and then two skyscrapers on this page: http://www.cartoonfile.net/greeting_card_illustrator.htm and I wish I could get stuff above the fold but it's hard....my main question is: what's max number of ads allowed and also can you recommend a good page showing a decennt heat map? Thanks!

    PS: I also have link units at top of certain pages like my index page here: www.danscartoons.com so feedback appreciated.

    3 adsense ad units. 2 google search boxes and one adsense text link can be on a site.

    No more than that is allowed.

    Too many ad units on a page can actually work AGAINST you. Think Quality not Quantity. Smart pricing!

    FYI: Google has partners with special agreements and code that allows for additional ads to be displayed in different formats. This is NOT available to average publishers.

    take in mind that adsense puts top paying ads in top ad box so make user click on top ad box
