Mascot as in a team mascot? like ermm... soccer teams have mascot's like west ham has a guy in hammers outfit? or like college football teams have people in big suits like mascot's. i think this is what you mean!?
A macot logo is like a person/animal/thing that represents the team. Say for example, your soccer team's symbol is a tiger and everyone recognizes you just by the tiger. That's a mascot.
