What is manual direcotry submission??

Hi

I am new to this.. So plz help me answering these questions..

1) what is directory submission?

2) Diff b/w manual directory submission and directory submission?

3) Does it require some special talent or anyone can do it?

4) How to do directory submission?

5) If anyone can do it, then why people pay others to do directory submissions?

6) Any other useful comments.

1) You go to different webdirectories online and submit the info of a site provided to you by the client.

2) Manual Directory Submission means you go to each webdirectory and submit the site. So its a human work. But automatic submission is done by softwares and is mostly useless.

3) Anyone can do it.

4) Just have a list of web-directories and start.

5) If you make a site, may be you don't have time to do directory submission. So you hire other people to do this task and meanwhile you update your site and maintain it.

By the way

1. Directory submission is you will submit your site to directories
2. the same thing but there you can submit your website to directory using software(automatic-semi automatic)
3-4.no special talent just fill up the necessary form
5. It will take time to submit to 100's of directory

Because its time consuming

 

always do manual ,it works
download roboform then it will be lot easier bcoz you don,t have to type again
almost all the directories uses same type of form you have to just the category.

 

manual submission means the submission is done with care by humans.They may have good acceptance ratio than automatic submission.

 

Automatic submissions doesn't pass the CAPTCHA's, well most doesn't.

Because submitting to thousands of directories is time comsuming, and then some people will do that for you and charge from you.

 

Any directory that allows automatic submission will be full of links to porn, MFA and other low quality sites. Links from a directory like that will be of low value or even hurt your site. You are much better off doing manual submission because the links you get will be valuable.

 

without used of automated software is manual submission
