What is low cost of a domain ???

    Friends,
    I need to start a new site with a very low budget.Can anyone please help me to get a low cost domain.

    In ou country (India) we can get .org for first year for $ 1.80.But changes after that.

    Any thing low than that.

    I dont know of any .orgs cheaper, but I know you can get .infos for less. If you're really concerned with a few $$, you may want to reconsider your website.

    What about subdomains?
    I think you can get a subdomain for free from some sites.

    Don't buy domains from sites with no reputation, because, you might lose your domain name if they close business.
    Try yahoo for the first year it is $1.99. You have to create an id for each transaction though...
