when we search google with link:sitename.com we get linking in results! what are this results? how to link with any site? please gimme details about this! I have seen only good alexa ranking and good PR has only linking! Please tell me in detail how to link with good sites?
link: command shows what sites have links going to the site you entered. Google doesnt show them all so I wouldnt ever use it. Yahoo does a great job at showing incoming links.
Make sure your site is offering quality and unique content and be sure to try and link with sites that are relevant to the content you have.
Although great content is the best way to get good links, first someone has to see your content before they can link to it. I have found that blog commenting is a great way to build links. You have to make sure that the site does not use the "nofollow" attribute in the outgoing link for it to be effective. You can use something called Fast Blog Finder for that (that's what I use and I love it). Simply go read articles related to your blog and make great comments. Your name is the link back to your site. If you find blogs that use commentLuv, these blogs will parse your blog for your most recent post and post a link to it at the end of the comment automatically
