What is linking partners!

    Hello everyone! I am little confused about this what is linking partners? as i know linking partners you link to one website by exchange of links.Do you have any explaination about this.

    Link partners are website/webmasters that gives you link from their web pages in exchange of a link from your web pages. This can be a 2-way or a 3-way.

    Its like this I handled sites i work this to market. Some webmaster sent an email to me to swaplinks in 3 way linking but we don't want to accept 3 way linking. So my manager told me to offer the webmaster by linking partners. I don't really understand about this.
