buy 4 websites and link them together - 1 links to 2 links to 3 links to 4 - and visa versa - 4 links to 1 links to 2 links to 3 - making wheel, then link all 4 to one site in middle, throwing power to that... its a waste of time to be honest, try not to interlink the domains and your sites will be more powerful for it providing you power external backlinks in to them
