I don't understand the "green arrow"
Does it simply mean to make 2 links for each social network site? like make a link from blogger--->wordpress but also include a link from blogger--->your money site?

 

It's main strategy is to connect to all with your website to those site where you have posted your link.

It is beneficial to have more properties in the link wheel and make it an broken spoke link wheel not a closed spoke one . Try to use a mix of profile backlinks , web 2 , article links , guest posts and social bookmarks in the wheel , that makes it look more natural and all of them enhance each others benefit exponentially .
