You mean link farm? A Link farm is like really bad to have your link in, its generally frowned upon by google. If you mean forum link as in signature? These are good and if you put it in your sig here you can get that link indexed in less then 3 days!
Can we fnd out what the question is before posting an answer? jumong79: Do you mean: 1/. a link farm, which is basically a bunch of pages that holds alot of links - like a lazy person's vertical search. 2/. adding a link to your signature in various fora (forums) to drive traffic / add links? If 1/. then you have to know that these things are generally ignored by Google as they literally mean nothing to the web. Adding your page here is a way of potentially increasing traffic. 2/. may increase your traffic, but you have to be careful which links you add and where you add them.
