IMO "oneway linking" through anchor text would be much beneficial because it will give you real boost up in SERPs for your targeted keyword.
So with this information if I understand it correctly you should use anchored text to link from one blog post to another. This way you can keep readers reading your blog and get them interested in what you have to offer and still gain PR with the search engines. If I am understanding this incorrectly just let me know.

Link dilution is something you absolutely must understand if you want to make the most out of link building. Most people know that too many page links are not good, but what a lot of people don't realize is the amount of words on a page is an important factor too. Words per link is a massive factor, which I'm going to talk about soon, but first we will cover the basics, in case you don't know how link dilution works It's something that is talked about but often either not understood, or the credence isn't put into the theory that perhaps it should have. It's something that a lot of smart people are ignoring and it's at their own peril.
You are correct but don't go overboard linking all the blog posts to another. There is a fine balance and try to maintain relevance in linking.
