    What is Link Building?

Everyone has probably heard that link popularity is one of if not the most important factor in the most search engine algorithms. Why is that? What do links have to do with the subject of your site and how relevant it is to certain search terms?

Internal Links in your website are easiest way for Search Algorithms to judge the importance and trustworthiness of a Web page.

Link Building can be Time-intensive, Frustrating & Sometimes confusing yet Unavoidable because ultimately, it is still the trump card for higher rankings in Search Engines. SearchReadySEO does the field work for your business to build you solid links throughout your site to make sure you get higher rankings.

Commonly Asked Questions around Link Building:

Will link building still be very important for rankings in the medium term? Link building will stay around for a long time in SEO/SEM world.

When will link popularity be devalued in favor of other algorithm elements (that are less tedious, from a webmaster's point of view)? Search algorithm will not place less importance on the link popularity atleast not until when Semantic web arrives. Links are still basic connectors and assurance of your web presense and relationship with other sites.

It is important to always remember that search engines have one thing in mind, providing the most relevant search results to every user. They will give more clout (and usually higher rankings) to a website that they deem is “authoritative”. Well how do they determine if a site is authoritative? Links.

They look at how many other websites link to that site. They look at who those other sites are that are linking to it, and they look to see what the link text says that links to the site. They also look at how long the link has been up and where on the other person’s website the link has been placed.

IMO "oneway linking" through anchor text would be much beneficial because it will give you real boost up in SERPs for your targeted keyword.

So with this information if I understand it correctly you should use anchored text to link from one blog post to another. This way you can keep readers reading your blog and get them interested in what you have to offer and still gain PR with the search engines. If I am understanding this incorrectly just let me know.

Remember, some links are completely worthless, such as diluted links.

I'm sure Acedalright will get to the answer but here is how many of us understand it.

Well then, lets get straight into this, because I want to make an immediate impression. Link dilution is something you absolutely must understand if you want to make the most out of link building.

Most people know that too many page links are not good, but what a lot of people don't realize is the amount of words on a page is an important factor too.

Words per link is a massive factor, which I'm going to talk about soon, but first we will cover the basics, in case you don't know how link dilution works

It's something that is talked about but often either not understood, or the credence isn't put into the theory that perhaps it should have. It's something that a lot of smart people are ignoring and it's at their own peril.

You are correct but don't go overboard linking all the blog posts to another.
There is a fine balance and try to maintain relevance in linking.
