    I have also used only Google adword tool and really this is one of the best resource.My experience is regarding this ,very good.

    Google keyword tool provides an almost exact data of the volume of people searching for a certain keyword as well as popularity. Two thumbs up for this tool.

    For keyword tracking I use adword tool, as it seems to be best for me. Instead there are many more on internet, you can use according to yours.
