it is when you stuff your keyword in the article to increase the keyword density. this is an old school trick that search engines caught up on and not useful anymore. if you use a keyword too much on a single page, you might even get penalized for keyword spam

I would highly recommend you not to do this. Google has forbidden keyword stuffing and will de-index your site, it's just a matter of time before they find out that you're doing it.
