Recently, I have been seeing posts in 'service' section where some user is searching for people in some XYZ places (like spain, st. vincent, portugal, etc.) and giving an opportunity to earn $100 ($50, whatever) without any knowledge or so. Not that i am interested but curious to know what is that thing about. Any idea?
Maybe they're looking for people in their area (or some particular area) because there is an offline angle to it?
If someone in the US used that phrase, I'd simply think that they want people from any generation (young, not-so-young and old). http://www.socialmarketing.org/newsletter/features/generation3.htm But it probably means something else in other countries.
