Hi. I would love a fast reply since i am trying to setup a new virtual machine/server, and have to choose an "ISO" with options like CentOS,Debian, Fedora, Blue Onyx etc. What is this and what should pick for minecraft server?
Any OS will work. However, I;ve seen there is a dedicated OS developed just for minecraft but never have used it.
In the case you're using, it's the image of an operating system that you can instal on your server, usually a virtual private. MineOS CRUX is one that is used specifically for minecraft
Hi, ISO is usually a Disk image file format. In this case the disk image is of the OS. For the minecraft server you can choose CentOS or Debian. Both will do good.
