What is ip 192.168.0.1? It keeps attacking me with netbios attacks??!!

I know 192.168.x.x are router ip addresses, but it tries every port (1070 to 1080 tried now), and each time my firewall give a netbios attack protection dialog (zonealarm).

Should I set this ip in a whitelist or something??

    Thanks :)

I thought a whitelist was a good thing?
