What is involved in becoming a new pay per click venture?

    I have often wondered if it would be worth while starting my own pay per click operation. Does anyone know what exactly is involved and how much money you would need to start such a venture?

    It would be nice to offer advertisers what they really want - good payouts and good choice of ad structure with lots to choose from, timely payouts and hourly stats.

    Any feedback would be great ;)

    Where will the traffic come from? Do you have a team of 20 that will stop click fraud?
