I got an email from somebody with a company called Internet Reach and he said he has a client that he wants to form a "strategic partnership" with my website. What does that mean? Do you think its just an Ad Company trying to get me to respond to their email? Or perhaps they just want to do a link exchange?
Yeah, he emailed again asking if I had a chance to read his previous email. I looked at his website and it mentioned something about widgets. I think it is a company who uses Widget Ads, which are mostly spam ads from what I have seen.
