    If you click any link then moves to another page of same site so it will be internal hyper linking..
    And in the other case if you click any hyper link and moves to another site so that will be external hyperlink..

    Internal links is links from the same site within other pages,External links is getting links from web sites to our site.

    External Link: Giving a link to xyz.com website from my website is called External link on my website.
    Internal Link:Having a link to other page of that same website is called Internal Link.

    Hyperlink is a clickable link which leads you to a specific page. If hyperlinks takes you to internal page of the same website or same domain then it is called internal hyperlink and if the hyperlink leads you to any other site then with different domain name then it is called a external hyperlink.
