What is infractions?

    Last day I receive a worning for infractions!But,I think what I do,its not a rules break. Because,one person give a job posting & I give a reply. After that,I give him a PM message. I can't understand,what is the wrong. Because,I read rules & I think,there have no rules break issue.Can you please tell me,what is the problem?
