    It is done by creating back links in the content. Search tools are always looking for new and unique contents; if your website has some exceptional content then it can be on the top of the search results.

    This type of link is also known as contextual link.

    I think incontent link is the one where your link is in content and many of the link builders do these while the reason why that have a fear that their link will be deleted by the moderator of the site.
