I just read in anothe5r post that website owners are responsible for their usere's fraud. What exactly is fraud, as related to incentive sites. I have a site where users do surveys for cash. Does "incentive site fraud" have to do mostly with sites that have credit card offers like blockbuster and netflix, or does this fraud have to do with sites like mines? THx :)

It depends. If you it's a 2 tier program and you refer new affiliates to it and then earn from their earnings, you can't really control the fraud. The affiliate program can only deal with that fraud.

But with an incentive site, if you were the one actually giving cash for people signing up to cpa offers or taking surveys, then you have to watch out for the fraud. If you are paying people then you should have a database with each of your members id and other details so you know who you have to pay, who has done the offer, etc. By using that database you should be able to find out if there is any member that is doing suspicious activities through your site. It is then up to your to look out for the fraud if any takes place as if fraud does take place then it will be you that will loose your account.
