The whole Adwords system seems flawed to me. Every new campaign I start has problems and it get's disapproved. What is an inaccurate URL anyway? Using budurl.com to shorten doesn't work- disapproved. The exact affiliate url displayed- disapproved. Do these people expect us to work with a system that disapproves most everything we do- including keywords? I have some tagged for low quality scores. What's with that? The keywords I'm using land on an affiliate page that is selling exactly what the keywords are! Maddening.....
I suggest you educate yourself before jumping in or you'll just get more frustrated. Google will also get frustrated with you as you keep ignoring their terms of service and terminate your account. That would be bad for you. As to your specific question, the display URL that you use in your ad must be the final destination URL when someone clicks on your ad. So if you use www.mywebsite.com as the display URL, that must be where the user lands after all redirects. There are all kinds of advice in here and other forums. Google itself has many pages you can consult and there are many books and sites that can help you understand Adwords, including my own Adwords FAQ which you can freely download.
Did you even try to research this within google? Their help section has all the answers to your questions already, i suggest you read their TOS too.
