What is Important for you

If i say two things to you that Salary or Job satisfaction which one you prefer first and why....

 

Job satisfation is more important..if u have job what u want then u enjoying ur work.if u doing work good then salary automaticaly incresed..

 

I think both play important role for me. If there is no Job satisfaction and if you don't enjoy what you are doing, then the work will be routine and boring and the days to get your salary will drag.

On th other hand, doing hard work and getting little money for it can also put you off. Even if the job is something you enjoy.

 

Job satisfaction.

 

Profit & being my own boss .

 

Job satisfaction, as that is whats most important if we talk about longevity.

 

According to me first priority the job satisfaction.

 

Job satisfaction of course, i always tell myself health is the most important thing, and job satisfaction can help me got it.

 

I would say Job satisfacation cuz if we didnt like our jobs, how would we be able to do the job correctly and get paid?

 

Neither of them. "Jobs" and "Salary"...They keep you realizing your grade that is still on the floor. I personally prefer to keep myself self-employed and be my own boss.

 

salary is needful thing now days but I will be favor of job sanctification because if you are not satisfied with your jobs you can't work more on that place whatever your salary.

 

I don't like working under anyone. And so I won't work even if it got much salary.
I will better handle my own business myself.

 

Job is important for me and i cant live without smoke and job.

 

Relationship , friendship , profit, satisfaction

 

I prefer Job satisfaction because
if you are satisfied with your job,show
your interest in your job and hard
work,then your salary increased
automatically.

 

As i run my own setup its the money and job satifaction that i enjoy the most,it certainly was the best move i ever made.

Salary... when you're working in order to support your family you really have no choice but to suck it up and do the job no matter how unsatisfied you are with your job...

 

important in my opinion is a happiness and love
