Choose the second with High Page Rank. The higher the Page Rank of a domain name, the higher value it will get from Google, As Google will see it as a value site.

I think domain is actually more important or at least just as important as the PR. In fact, I heard PR is only one of the 200 aspects that Google finds important these days. It doesn't have as much weight as previously.
