What is HTTP PUT Method ?

    I guess the HTTP PUT methods to upload the files to server, i'm not sure about it.

    how to use the PUT method in AJAX to upload the files ? can you give the source code for this ?

    thanks :) I checked as you gave the URL, there was a upload scripts by using iframe , cgi scripts with ajax. but I would like know PUT instead of POST/GET method used to send files request to server throu Ajax. :
