    H1 tags are good for SEO, you should use them in your website!
    In a Website, tag is used to describe the page structure, what the page about..It suggests both to human visitors and search engines the ontology of the page and how important a page section is based on the section heading type, H1 or H6. you can also customize the style settings of h1 tags for your products pages.

    It is just a tag used to emphasize keywords, to make it more noticeable and appealing for site visitors and search engine bots too.

    The format for each article should consist of a header, sub-header, and content. So you can use <h1> for header, <h2> for sub-headers and have the content inside <p> tags.

    I disagree. If you are only using header tags as keywords you are over optimizing your site.

    Three main header tags are H1, H2 and H3. From SEO point of view these tags are very important to use on a web page. More important is H1 tag, to which Google gives a good preference. It should contain the most important keyword of page.
