What is HDFC PHBK CHGS?

    Hello,
    just was checking the balance in HDFC through net banking and found that there are two withdrawals of 50 rupees with the name of PHBK CHGS.
    What are those charges????

    At a first glance, they appear to be phone banking charges... but as DON said, it is better to check it up with a branch official.

    ^^^ Yes, its phone banking charges. And they deduct it when you call them once you go below your limit of 10K or 5k in few cities.
